Steamed Fresh West Coast Black Mussels: white wine, saffron, onion, garlic, herbs, cream and toasted focaccia. Fried Baby Calamari: garlic, chili, fried fresh herbs, house tartare and lemon. The Sushi: four-piece tuna crunch and a two-piece salmon roses. Rocket, Parmesan & Avo Salad: wild rocket, avocado, pickled cucumber, parmesan shavings with white balsamic and honey- mustard dressing. 2nd Course: Flame-Grilled Rump: truffle béarnaise and hand-cut potato chips. Seafood Linguini: black mussels, prawns, grilled calamari, fresh line fish served in a creamy parmesan, garlic and thyme sauce. Fresh Line Fish: salsa verde, garlic potato mash, fine green beans, rocket and a soft poached egg. Pan Fried Baby Calamari Tubes: lemon butter, chilli flakes, rocket. Served with fragrant rice or hand-cut chips. Main Sushi Platter: four-piece tuna rainbow, four-piece Bam Bam roll and a four-piece salmon rainbow.
